Staff did not have it together. No toliet paper and within an hour of being in the hotel we had a staff member enter our room because it showed "vacant" in their system. Also the morning of checkout they shut off our cards so we got locked out of our room after breakfast.

My first night stay Thursday 9/26 was just fine, Friday 9/27 the area had nasty weather witch most did due to the hurricane, the window to our room starting leaking which led to a extremely amount of water coming in I reported to the clerk on duty as soon as I step in sopping wet carpet, they did nothing to try and accommodate other than give me bath mats to put down, next day was Saturday 9/28 lots more rain still soaked floors of course the room started to spell terrible very musky from the wet carpet Sunday 29 floor still wet and stinky room, checked out Monday the 30th let the clerk on duty know again the guy on the 28th never even made a not of it! I’m going to try and get some sort of compensation back for the terrible room conditions and the inconvenience of having to smell the stinking room due to the wet carpets

Was in town for a show at the Expo Center. This hotel is not super fancy, but it was clean and safe. And importantly within walking distance of the Expo Center. I would stay here again.

Good experience. Only thing was I had to find another hotel because the fellow at the front desk during check in told me that there was no way we could extend the stay even though the storm rolled in. I get it but still it’s about the hospitality. But it was clean and overall a good stay

Probably won't go back.
Older property, lower standards of appearance, biscuit was gross, didn't eat anything else. Room was otherwise clean, but felt very tired - not a fan of the color scheme. Did not sleep well due to low flying airplane noise, noise from the dumpster next door being emptied at 1am. Staff member gave us a hard time about using the keycard after 10pm to enter property, his tone was on the rude side like it was our fault we didn't know. It was weird that the staff members were congregated by the food area. Did not feel welcoming.

Never again. No tv remote. Desk gave me one. Said if didn't work we show you how to program it. Didn't work. Ac was warm at best. Stayed extra day so kids could swim. Red flagged by health department. Closed till further notice. Free breakfast was cereal and coffee completely waste of money.
