Room was clean and enough for what we needed. Bathroom wasTINY - so tight you couldn’t turn around. Also, I confirmed three people in our room but towels only for two. Stairs on side closest to the highway need repairs. If we stay again w will need to remember to bring our own towels and ask for an accessible room!

People at the property were not very helpful. The key kept not working. We tried to change our reservation and they would not allow it without hiking our charges times almost double. They wanted to charge us for staying one LESS night!

This is a budget hotel so expect a below average experience. However, during this stay, my room had no bath towels nor soap/shampoo. So I didn’t even bother asking since it was after midnight when I checked in.

Reserved an accessible room. When checking in my room was on the third floor, ok, they have an elevator--elevator was out of order. i have run into this similar problem several times with this chain. They tell me they have to give rooms to those that arrive first, So. why reserve a specific type of room??????????????????
