We like to stay here when we go to Louisville. Dont trust the wake up calls, i scheduled 2 and both times they never went off. I tried asking for a blanket the first night and they told me that they couldn't until the next day. I tried asking for plates and they told me they didn't have any, even though they have a restaurant on site. I like the local area for dining and you're 10 min away from Louisville so its really convenient that way but the staff clearly has some issues.

I seen roaches in the bathroom, I notified the front desk and even told them I have photos proof. I asked them how they would accommodate me. The front desk clerk stated that she would have the supervisor/ property manager call me. They never did.

We arrived at 4:00 for check in. Our King sized room was NOT ready…SERIOUSLY?!? We were given 2 queen sized beds. They were fin. We went to eat dinner in the Restaurant…. It was closed. So had to eat in the bar… My dinner order was given to ANOTHER Customer!! We have stayed at this hotel Many times.. We have always been happy.. This time, not so much.
