The carriage sits 10 feet away from a beautiful park and historic mansion!
Entire Carriage House: Guests have full access to the 2-bedroom apartment, including the private deck and all interior spaces.
Parking: Free, designated parking is available behind the property. Follow the pathway to the clearly marked guest entrance.

House Rules:
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM to allow time for cleaning.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability—please ask ahead of time.
Noise Awareness:
The carriage house is situated above a working garage. Some daytime noise may occur when the garage is in use.
Garage usage is minimal and usually during business hours; however, light sleepers may want to plan accordingly.
Safety Lighting:
The pathway and stairs to the entrance are well-lit, but motion-sensor lights have been installed for added convenience at night.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome for a small cleaning fee. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet.

Families with children will appreciate the thoughtful extras like a highchair, pack ‘n play, and a small selection of child-safe dinnerware.
Laundry Access:
