I didn’t like that fact that there is a 200$ deposit that does not mentioned in this app so wasn’t even able to stay at this location because I brought just enough for the room the lady ruining the front was very rude an disrespectful when it came to checking in I understand this is a high class hotel but I’m just a blue collar worker an if I would know that 200$ deposit plus god know how much in parking I would had to pay because the public side was 3$ for the first hour couldn’t tell you wha the price would been after a two night stay any ways for future make sure you include everything we had

Room was super dusty and valet never charged our car when requested and left front door opened to our Tesla. Phone lines were down during our stay so communication was impossible unless you go downstairs to service desk. Not pleased for being an Omni hotel.

One of my very favorite hotels and the one in Louisville is amazing. Rooms are great. We rented scooters and rode all over town. We went to the St. James art fair and had a great time. Staff was amazing, especially the manager who really took care of us. I will do another review when I find her card

The Omni was absolutely incredible - super luxurious feel to everything and the library and speakeasy bars were amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The fall city market has everything you could need. The only downside is that we had planned to spend the afternoon at the pool bar, however it was closed all afternoon and evening for a private event - it would have been nice to know when making our booking to avoid the disappointment when we got there. Otherwise, can’t really fault the Omni and would stay there again.
