Great location and beautiful property!
Very clean and in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. You're surrounded by multiple different restaraunts to choose from, a nearby walgreens and kroger, and a very short commute to downtown Louisville. It was a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Thank you David and Amy!

College Move In
We stayed in this cute little condo while we moved our son into his college dorm. Great location! Easily walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and only a 5-10’ish min drive to his school! Would definitely book a stay for future visits.

Everything you need
Walgreens is in parking lot, coffee places across the street and yummy food galore! This was a spacious 2 bedroom and exactly what we needed for our stay in Louisville!

Charming little place
We checked in the weekend after the derby, but city was still very active. All the walkable restaurants were amazing! You'll want to check out Con Huevos for breakfast or lunch, it's just across the street. The Yellow Cactus is next door and the patio was perfect for a drinks and dinner. On street parking was always available. Give this place a whirl, you'll be glad you did. **Side note; You may want to bring a bigger coffee pot as the one in the condo is only a 5 cup pot. Also, you may want to pack a sleeping eye mask :)

Cute, comfortable and clean in a great location! We stayed 2 nights and attended Thurby! They had everything we needed. We walked to dinner the first night! Coffee and breakfast are literally across the street. We will rent again if we are back in Louisville for derby next year!

Cute neighborhood
Loved the apartment and location. David and Amy have a beautiful place. Everything was very easy, and we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to grab coffee and breakfast. Would like to stay again in the future!
