The Neighborhood:
Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.

Getting Around:
The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

This property is great and it has a lot of potential. However it is being exploited and letting it run down. Although it is a newer unit, the cabinets don't close well, the furnace makes aa lot of noise as it does not look serviced (it's quite dirty and the filter did not look clean at all). When we got there, one of the bedrooms had the ceiling fan on and an extra fan unit on a chair on pointing at the bed. IT was all suspicious and we found out the bedding was wet. We reported it to the managers who could not do anything for us. We decided to put the whole bedding in the dryer (thanks we had chosen a unit with a w/d!). That helped but made our night long... The kitchen is not very well equipped. There are only 2 forks for instance and limited plates, etc. but the unit is advertised for more than 4 people... Overall, the place was quite dirty, lots of hair, dust and areas in the bathroom that were filthy. The shower glass was quite moldy too.
