The condo is in very easy walking distance to great restaurants, wine/bourbon tasting room, bars, distilleries and boutique retail shops. The Condo is also one block from the free Zero Bus that rides to other locations in downtown Louisville. Convenient access to routes to Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Exposition Center.
