Not horrible, but it was cheaper for a reason. Sketchy area in downtown. Towels were super cheap and starting to fall apart, need to be replaced. Comforter was torn on the end. Room smelled a little odd.

We often stay at holiday inn’s and have never had a problem with them. The first 3 nights we were in a room right next to an exit of the hotel and could hear every single person coming in and out of the double doors. We didn’t mention anything to the hotel and just sucked it up. The noise outside of the hotel is very loud as it’s right off a busy street downtown and a nearby hospital that has ambulances with sirens on a lot of times. The worst part of the trip was the last night when we got back to our hotel room later at night and the ceiling in our bathroom was leaking. The floor was wet in the bathroom and my wife got dripped on before she realized why it was so wet in there. We went to the front desk and never received an apology for an inconvenience. They told us “s*** were all booked up tonight”. They offered us a room where someone had gone into the room and sat on the bed but it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Then said there was one room that someone hadn’t showed up for yet and gave us that room. Asked us for our keys to our leaking room even though we hadn’t packed anything yet. Offered us no assistance moving rooms. Still didn’t apologize. We got moved rooms and brought the room key to the lobby. I asked if I could grab two waters out of the fridge and the front desk asked if we wanted it charged to the room. I asked if we could have them for free for the inconvenience and he said no he would still have to charge me. The lack of customer service was very disappointing.

Nope. Horrible location. Not near any conveniences. Property was sad with no energy. Exterior littered with garbage that sat for days. Bare minimum was provided, i.e., one small bar of soap, nearly-empty tissue box, cheapest toilet paper. Bar offered very few options. Breakfast in basement. Guessing the owners are super cheap, cheap, cheap.

The property uses heavily scented cleaning supplies through all spaces. I’m affected by these types of smells , so while I appreciated that the hotel is cleaned, I didn’t like the smell. The carpets on our hallway and room needed a cleaning
