We appreciated the kind welcome and ease of check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were helpful, caring and seemed to enjoy their job!! We were passing through on a roadtrip to eastern Tennessee. We liked this hotel so much that we stayed a second time on the way back. Very clean, comfortable beds, and great breakfast selections. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy at the front desk, it was the same person both times we checked in and he was very friendly and efficient. He remembered us on the second trip, which always makes you feel welcome. Great hotel, great service!

The staff were amazing! I ended up extending my stay because I really enjoy the experience of staying there! Breakfast was nice and always warm. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfy! The only thing if I have to nitpick is that the water pressure is a little low to my liking.
