Breakfast on a sat morning was suppose to last until 10:00am. At 9:20am nothing was refilled eggs. Sausage and no pancakes. This was a disappointing experience. After I have had good experience at other holiday inn express’s.

The website said shuttle service from airport. Got in at 10:15 and no shuttle service.. 40 Uber ride so really not happy at all

My stay was overall wonderful.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of great options to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean, though it could have benefited from a deeper clean. I understand the tight turnaround for housekeeping, so it didn’t affect our experience, just something I noticed. It didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of our stay!
