convenient stay
Clean, spacious room with comfrotable bedding. mini fridge and microwave in room. Nice hot breakfast. Very convenient to the airport and the neighborhood seemed safe. The only negative was that the light in the parking lot seemed to be aimed at our 3rd floor window.

We were showing livestock at NAILE at the Kentucky Expo. This hotel was right down the street, so the location was perfect. The room was big and clean. I was very pleased with our room. When we checked in we were told breakfast started at 6:00. We got there at 6:15. Everything was ready except there were no utensils for the eggs or sausage. I asked at the desk and was told breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. There were other guests who also wanted eggs. Some were scooping it out with plastic spoons. I think it was rude to wait 15 minutes to put out the spoons when the food was ready. The next day we went down for breakfast about the same time. There was a different lady working. When she saw us she went and got the utensils and then told me everything was ready. She had much better customer service skills and knows how to keep the customers happy. I can understand that it doesn’t open until 6:30, but if everything is ready and people are waiting, just set out the spoons!

The sound of Planes landing and/ or taking off beginning about 4 in the morning and continuing on was louder than I would've expected. The room was nice, the bed slept well. My daughter was upset that the waffle machine was out of order (that was a pretty big part of the morning for her)

They were nice and let me check in early. I booked a suite room because I needed the pull out couch. We opened the couch and the mattress literally was falling apart. Their breakfast was actually pretty good for hotel food.

The area around the hotel does not look inviting, but the hotel itself was great. I knew it was close to the airport, so I brought a box fan and had no problems falling asleep or hearing the planes. I would stay here again if I came to town.

I picked this hotel because I had a late arrival and wanted an airport shuttle to the hotel. I arrived in shuttle hours, but there was no shuttle driver. So, they told me to take a cab and they would reimburse me. When it came time to reimburse me they said I had to talk to a manager at 9 the next morning, but I was checking out at 6:30, so I didn't get reimbursed for the $29 cab ride from the airport.

We stayed there for Louder Than Life. It was amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and we were able to walk to the festival. They offer a good breakfast and the staff is very welcoming! Will definitely stay there again!
