Summary:
Elegant Victorian home located in the heart of Old Louisville. It is a perfect retreat for the Kentucky Derby and is a short seven-minute commute to Churchill Downs.

Boasting the largest contiguous collection of Victorian mansions in the US, this historic preservation district has 45 sq. blocks of architectural styles from the 19th century. The heart of Old Louisville is Central Park, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.

The Space:
The unit is located on the 2nd floor, up a small flight of stairs. There are two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other with a queen bed. The condo offers two full bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen with everything you need to make the perfect at-home meal. The balcony has plenty of seating and a great view of the neighborhood and trees.

Guest Access:
Parking is located on either side of the street (2nd Street is a one-way street, running north only) in front of the building. Old Louisville is a walking-friendly neighborhood. TARC buses and the Lou Lift (free bus!) are also available to get you around town.

Other Things to Note:
The keys for the front door to the building and the condo are located in a security box on the gate to the right of the building. The code will be provided close to check-in
