This condo is in the heart of the popular Highlands neighborhood. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. We offer two off street parking spaces. One is contained in a gated area and the other is an off street space along the side of the building. This condo is three stories with two private patios overlooking Baxter Ave! Just minutes away from downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs - Home of the Kentucky Derby. Centrally located.

You enter the condo on the second floor from a private terrace. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, the living room, and kitchen. If you go down one flight of stairs to the first floor you will find a large bedroom with two queen beds and attached walk in closet and full bathroom. Down the hall is a half bath. On the third floor you will find a bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on the third floor along with a second terrace that provides great views. Enjoy the ping pong table or people watching.

Please note that this property overlooks popular Baxter Ave. This is a big draw for most staying with us as it is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. However due to this there is also the potential for noise. We do provide sound machines to help drown this out.

Bourbon Trail Stay- Girls Trip
Place matched the pictures and description. Clean. Road noise was loud but that was listed. There were sound machines and ear plugs at every bed side which was a nice touch. Very responsive communication. Great location for restaurants and downtown distilleries.

Family stay to Louisville
Had to find a place to stay with family to celebrate another family member who had recently moved to Louisville. The location was fun and vibrant, close to many of the places we needed and wanted to go downtown and it was a great place to gather for a bit with others who were in town for the week. Really enjoyed the place and will be staying there again!

Nice location, great host.
This property is exactly what is looks like on VRBO. We had a group of 8 and the place slept our group just fine for the occasion. The area is loud late at night but comes with the convenience of the property. After our stay, someone left an expensive personal belonging and the host made sure to get it shipped back to us right away. Would stay here again.

Great space in a great location
We enjoyed being in such close proximity to all the happenings on Baxter Ave, and had more than enough space for three of us. The noise of the evening revelry and the walk up to the unit and up and down to bedrooms and bathrooms within the unit were accurately described in the listing. All in all we had a good stay in a super cool part of Louisville!

Centrally located to many shops, bars and restaurants. Loved the ability to park and walk. Spacious for an urban condo with 3 floors and great outdoor spaces. Warning it is quite noisy all night long. Bring your earplugs.

Owner nice and responsive. Convenient drive to downtown. Property is on a street lined with bars. Cars drag racing, car alarms, people shouting - past 2 am every night. Brutal. Property is worn. Couch had multiple stains. Entrance is up poorly lit stairs - not conducive for night time or an elderly person. Lamp in bedroom on night stand with no switch to turn it on. Technically only 1 bedroom as the other 2 bedrooms do not have closets so no place to hang your clothes. The main for has a sleeping room but no bathroom on the floor. Have to go up or down stairs to get to a bathroom. In addition to other peoples private hairs on bathroom floors and in tubs. Wood rot under main entrance door. Trashy looking. Overall this property needs a good cleaning and maintenance.

Amazing Location
We were there for a 50th bday and was blown away by the amenities and location . The clubs , bars and restaurants that were great to visit just across the street and both ways . The space and amenities of the place itself were great and we will definitely book this again in the future .

Great Location
Great location for a group of friends to stay. Walking distance to food and bars and a quick Uber to downtown. Laura was very responsive to all our questions. We had a great time and should we head back to Louisville its very likely we'd rent the same place again.

A great stay in a great area with good access to all Louisville has to offer. Good response from our host with all questions and accommodations. Late night street noise is our only caution. Clean and Comfortable with lots of positives. Would stay here again!

What a fantastic stay. The hosts were very accomodating and the condo was great. Great neighborhood with lots of food and drink choices. Great night life and cool vibe. Lot's of comfort in the condo from coffee pods with sugar/cream to shampoo/conditioner in the showers. Laundry had flings as well when we needed a clean set of clothes. Access to the building was great. Highly recommend staying here and Laura gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink.

Great location
This place was amazing! The condo was very clean. Nice outside space to enjoy and people watch from the balcony. Perfect to be able to park your car in a gated area. The area is perfect with a lot of things going on from coffee shops restaurants to shopping all within walking distance. Only downfall and I truly mean the only downfall was it can be loud with the bar across the street. But we loved the nightlife!
