This gorgeous Louisville retreat has three spacious bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably. The layout of this home is perfect for 2 couples traveling together, or business professionals who are in Louisville for business and need their own space.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a cushy king-sized bed covered in cozy linens and soft throw pillows. Vaulted ceilings, soft carpet, and thoughtful design make this room comfortable and welcoming. Unpack your belongings in the closet and dresser and make yourself at home. This room has a flat-screen TV with streaming capability and plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. A gorgeous sliding door leads into a private ensuite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom is perfect for kids and the young at heart, with a twin-over-full bunk bed. This room features neutral color tones, a dresser, a TV, and plenty of space to play.

The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, closet, dresser, and flat-screen TV so you can watch your favorite programs from the comfort of your room.

A sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests.

This home has two full bathrooms, both on the first floor. One of these is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a walk-in shower. The bathroom has a modern mirrored vanity, toilet, and extra storage space. The second bright bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, hand soap, and shampoo for your convenience.

There is also a laundry room on the first floor with a stacked washer and dryer, perfect for taking care of your laundry needs for longer stays. Laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The kitchen and lounge are the heart of the home and the open-concept layout of the space allows one room to flow effortlessly into the next. The modern kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, granite counters, and cabinets and drawers stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. There is a dishwasher for easy cleanup (dishwasher pods included) and complimentary coffee for your morning pick-me-up.

The elevated breakfast bar with high-top seats is a great place to grab breakfast before heading downtown and is also a good place to open up your laptop, connect to the free high-speed wifi, and get some work done.

A farmhouse-style table sits in between the kitchen and living room and is a convenient place to eat together, play cards, or work. Serve a family-style meal here or use it as a central place to set out snacks and drinks for your group.

The spacious living room is an inviting area with comfy furniture, a funky chandelier, and a plush area rug. Find your favorite spot on the couch and enjoy chatting about your day or watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. The living room has large windows that fill the space with natural light, making it a great place to hang out with the entire group.

Each morning, start your day with a cup of coffee out on the patio. This shady spot looks out over the greenery in the fenced-in backyard and is a quiet place to enjoy some fresh air. Simple yet stylish patio furniture adds a pop of color to the space. This is a great place to work, relax, or enjoy cocktails in complete privacy after the sun goes down.


There are grocery stores, great restaurants, breweries, live music venues, coffee shops, and retail stores all within 5-10 minutes. From here you’re just a short Uber ride to Louisville’s vibrant downtown district, the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center, Churchill Downs, the Urban Bourbon Trail, sports and concert venues, the Highlands, and the University of Louisville.

Please note there is a doorbell motion recording device and security cameras at the front door, back door, and full backyard for your security. These devices only monitor video on the exterior of the home.

House Rules:
* Check-in is at 4:00pm EST, and check-out is at 10:00am EST
Rules: First a note about our rules. We are required to be very clear about some basic things, in order to protect our home. Our rules are in place to protect our investment and help us provide the best experience we can for you as a future or current guest. The rules may make it seem as though we are very strict, but we are easy going and rarely have to enforce any of the rules unless there is an incident. It is our #1 goal for you to have a great vacation and come stay with us again. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
*Check-out is promptly at 10:00am unless prior approval of an alternate time is given. Cleaners will arrive at the property at 10:15am to begin cleaning the home in preparation for the next guest check-in. Failure to checkout on time will result in a fine of 2 times the following night’s nightly booking rate.
*No Local Guest Bookings
*No Pets. If you bring a pet we will fine you $250 plus $20 per day per pet.
* We do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are worried about cancellation due to COVID or the weather. We will ONLY cancel your reservation with a refund if there is a mandatory evacuation for our specific area.
*For stays longer than 7 days we do require $50 restocking for provided toiletries and changing of linens. We will do this on days 8,15 and 22. We will request this charge after the booking has been made
*Must be 25 years old to rent.
*Do not sit on or climb on the outside railing.
* Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
* Adjusting, covering, unplugging, or tampering with cameras, alarm system, or door gateway is means for eviction and $250 eviction fee.
*No 3rd Party Bookings, the primary guest must be staying in the house the entire time. No company bookings for employees.
*Do not unplug or tamper with wifi access points that are in several of the rooms. This can disconnect connectivity to the TV's and other connected devices disrupting your trip as well as future guests. This could result in termination of your rental and an eviction fee.
* Units are smoke-free including front yard and patio. There is a $500 minimum smoking fee + eviction.
* Please make sure that your reservation has the accurate number of guests in the system. You will be asked to provide a full list of people staying at the home, name and age. If you have visitors to the property, first you must report this to management and additional guests must be out by 10:00PM. If at any time we see more than the authorized number of guests, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund and charged an eviction fee of $250.
* Quiet hours are from 9:00PM – 8:00AM. If the noise detection monitor goes off during regular hours you will receive one warning. After the warning or if the device goes off during quiet hours you will be charged a $250 fee. If it occurs a second time you will be asked to leave the property without a refund and charged the noise fee and a $250 eviction fee. Note for the device to go off the noise must be over 75db “consistently” for over 10 minutes. This is not easy to do if you are not having a party. If you tamper with or disable the noise monitor device you will be asked to leave and charged the eviction fee.
* Parties of any kind are not allowed without prior approval, this includes bridal showers, bachelor parties, etc. We do use an Airbnb-recommended smoke and noise detection system to monitor for parties and smoke. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties. If we have to come out there, if the neighbors complain, or if police are called, you will be asked to leave without a refund, and you will be charged a party fee of $500 and a $250 eviction fee.
* Please only use Makeup hand towel for makeup removal. Makeup stains and ruins the towels.
*Reminder Twin Bed has a 150lbs weight capacity
* Do not take any furniture from inside, to the outside, or move furniture to different rooms.
* Please only sleep on the sofa if it is a “sleeper sofa” with a mattress or futon.
* Upon departure, we only ask that you please load and start the dishwasher. Please make sure the door locks upon departure. Checkout instructions will be sent to you the day before departure.
* No illegal substances of any kind allowed on the premises. This can result in immediate eviction.
* If you are in town for any type of live stock or animal related event at the fairgrounds, please be mindful of the hay/wood shavings/grass and remnants of animal feces that may be on your clothing and shoes. Please try to thoroughly brush off your clothes and leave shoes at the door or on the back deck to avoid tracking as much through the house as possible. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of our cleaning crew.
**A doorbell motion recording device is located at the front door on the exterior of unit. Security cameras are also on-site viewing front door, back door, and full backyard. Devices are present for the security of guests**

Family friendly and thoughtfully stocked with all you may need for a comfortable stay.
We spent a long weekend touring the Louisville area as a family, meeting from different locations. The house had all we needed to come back, cool down and refresh, and rest in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare a few meals at the house. Everything is updated, it seems like a new build but is actually an older home. The neighborhood is in the process of gentrification but we had no safety concerns and the property is secured well.

5 senior citizens sharing this home. 2 comfortable king sized bed, 2 full bathrooms, bedroom with double and twin bunk Kitchen is fully equipped with ice and filtered water in refrigerator door. Coffe maker can make single cups or full pot. Everything is immaculate. Owners respond QUICKLY to any needs or questions Location is close to airport easy drive to NULU, Downtown, Churchill Downs. Love it We will stay again

Great stay in Louisville
This house was perfect for our family trip to Louisville. The house was modern and clean on the inside. The first floor master suite was very nice for us because stairs are not easy for us to navigate. The younger family members slept upstairs. We had no issues that required us to contact the hosts, but they stayed in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. The checkout process was easier than other places we have stayed.

Great on the inside!
Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Space was updated and comfy. Nice access to I-65, but not the quietest neighborhood (apparently shooting guns on New Year’s Eve is a thing in this part of the city). We found a couple great local eats; Hammerheads and La Bodeguita de Mima.

Louisville Fall Fun
My husband and I and another couple enjoyed our stay from October 16 to 19. The home was super clean and well appointed. The king beds were excellent - so comfortable. The neighborhood is undergoing revitalization, so some homes are beautiful and others are in need upgrading. The hostess reassured us that the neighborhood was safe and that was our experience- no issues. Location was great for tours of Louisville Slugger museum, Churchill Downs and bourbon trail distilleries. We enjoyed dinner at two upscale restaurants in neighborhoods within half a mile. They were North of Bourban and Perso. The hosts were super responsive and committed to providing a great rental home for guests.

Beautiful home close to everything
Absolutely gorgeous newly renovated home. Minutes away from anything you want to do. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. If we're ever going to be in Louisville again this is, without a doubt, our first choice to stay in. Worked out excellent for an extended family with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Would give it more than 5 stars if possible!!

This place is exactly as the pictures show, open concept kitchen & living room was absolutely perfect for our group. Rooms are accommodating and quaint. Location is great for ride share services such as the Expo center, downtown, Kentucky kingdom, and so much more. The neighborhood could use more "updated" homes to accommodate out of town guests such as us.

Newly renovated, SO clean, comfortable!
We can’t say enough good things about owners Aimee and Chris and their beautiful place. We had a great stay with friends and enjoyed the completely renovated, brand spanking new home. It is well appointed with literally all new everything from furniture to bedding. It is impeccably clean, quiet and with all the comforts of home. The WiFi is excellent for those of us who needed a good connection for work. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, with coffee which was a nice touch. There was also plenty toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc (which other rentals we’ve stayed in often skimp with). There were many small touches that really show the owners care, such as bug spray on the back porch, plenty of storage/surfaces to set things on, outlets where you need them, extra pillows, blankets, towels etc. While the neighborhood isn’t fancy, it is quiet, has plenty of parking available and was right off the freeway which made it so convenient and easy to get to the expo center and other parts of town. Aimee and Chris were very kind, communicative and helpful. We hope to come back again next year. Thank you!

Could not ask for better owners
The owners go above and beyond anything we expected. The home is exactly as pictured. My family loved their visit. Minor issue of the upstairs being too hot during a heat wave and they did everything they could to keep us comfortable. The home is in a kind of rough neighborhood, but we had zero issues. (We barely saw any other people) Police and fire stations and a airport nearby, but only heard anything outside. My family loved the inside of the home. It is well stocked, beautiful and comfortable. Would stay again.
