Great place to stay.

Pros: Very clean and tidy with good service. Would definitely stay there again if we were in that area.
Cons: Although it did not impact on us on this occasion I think the checking in time of 4.00 pm and checking out time of 10.00 am is a bit restrictive.
Location: We did not not see much of the area as we were visiting friends but the beach is nearby and the golf course is straight across from the guest house.
We were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was bright and airy. Everything was very clean. There was a selection of teas, coffee, biscuits and bottled water both still and sparkling provided. We were even offered fresh milk if we did not like the small long life sachets. Great view of the golf course and the sea from our room. Plenty of storage space with a free standing heater if you did not want the radiators on and heated towel rail. The towels were soft and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. There was a selection of cereals, two fruit juices, lovely fresh fruit including grapefruit. The cooked breakfast was delicious and we were asked if there was anything else that we wanted. The building was the original Golf Club house and the dining room was full of interesting artifacts.

Excellent B & B in good location in Lossiemouth.

Pros: Owners obviously take pride in their B & B. It's family run, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Great fresh fruit and berries!
Location: Overlooking the golf links and the Moray Firth. Great views although during our stay the haar rolled in. Easy walking distance to beach and town.
Booked this B & B for a short stay in September. Enjoyed our stay, room was good, and all the staff were excellent.
