We had a great stay! We enjoyed the room, the pool, and the walkability to other amenities off of the property. Taxi service was easy, fast, and affordable to downtown San Jose. Beautiful resort! Recently celebrated our anniversary and a friends birthday. The onsite restaurants were accommodating for our larger sized group- great food and service overall. Amazing spa experience with massage and hydrotherapy options. The upgraded room with butler service made our stay even more special.

The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful. I have Expedia VIP platinum which provides a free upgrade and the hotel lied about having next category of rooms (resort view only) while asking for additional payment for an upgrade for a larger room with partial ocean view. The front desk and restaurant staff has also misinformed us about happy hour offering on at least half a dozen different occasions. There were also issues with noise and security had to be called almost every day in the middle of the night due to drunk people screaming/crying right in our hallway.
