Food options are horrible, people that go there are disrespectful of others, (i guess that's what you get for going to cheap place) room across form us were fighting in the middle of the night, smoking weed, screaming and yelling at each other. staff was friendly.

Only thing I would say could be better is the queso… not good and the spa is way over priced for what you get for the money. Everything else was great

Property was not kept up. The pool area had food crumbs, old food, cups, dishes and even forks on the lounge chairs. Garbage was over flowing. Not enough restaurants and food was just ok.

First of all, I want to say that I will never ever book another vacation through Expedia very unsatisfactory. They overcharged us. They charged us for something that we didn’t even ask for, like wheelchair service! What was that all about! If it wasn’t for the hotel we wouldn’t have gotten a king size bed in our bedroom like we requested. $1300 overcharged on our seats on the plane. Very bad review on EXPEDIA!!! On the RIU, it’s not one of their nicest properties like we were used to like a one in the Cancun Playa Del Carmen, but it was OK. I will not stay here again. If I come back to Cabo there’s other properties that are totally totally nicer and offer a little bit more thank you.

This was our first vacation alone with no kids, the hotel did not disappoint. The amenities were excellent. We stayed a week and our room was cleaned everyday! Trash was picked up daily and fridge was stocked daily also. I have no complaints! Excellent vacation, Excellent stay! We will be back soon!
