The staff was extremely friendly. They all made conscious effort to greet you in every encounter. Part of the site was under construction, so noise prevented us from using part of the place. Other than the French restaurant that we did not enjoy, particularly, we loved the food everywhere else. The Asian restaurant was our favorite.

The service at this resort was truly exceptional—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. While the rooms could use a bit of updating, everything else more than made up for it. Alejandro and his manager by the pool went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Alejandro’s attention to detail was remarkable—he asked for my name just once and remembered it throughout our entire trip. Their dedication and hospitality made our vacation unforgettable!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hostess Margarita, waiter Jair and bellman Jose we exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again ourselves if we come back to the area. The property is under renovation but they did a great job of limiting the impact it has on guests.

Well, I was NOT aware that this hotel was under renovations…. Sooooo, every SINGLE day from dawn until WELL after dust there was hammers, drilling, pounding, you name it!!!!! I spent freakin 6,000 dollars of my money for this trip so I certainly feel as though I was shorted! It’s unfortunate.
