I wish I would’ve have taken a picture of the flooring repair job in room 327, it was awful, the ‘patch’ job was ridiculously poor. The hotel seemed older and a little rundown unfortunately, for $200 a night I expected a cleaner room. The carpet looked pretty dirty and the caulking in the shower was mildewed, the windows for dirty and filmy. The bed was comfy and we were exhausted and slept well.

Staff was not helpful, had to mitigate over and over that my room was unclean. I requested another room and was denied. The first night I had to sleep with my family in a room that smelled like Urine. Bathtub was dirty, and room was dirty and appeared as if no one had cleaned it after the previous guest. I was refunded the two nights I had previously paid for and then I had to rebook for an additional night at $170. New room had no shampoo ( appeared at if they had filled bottles with water) watered down shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Staff was not friendly after I filed a complaint. I will not be staying here at this location in the future.

Everything was good beside the cleanliness of our bathroom. When i showered in the morning all 3 soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty, and someone's dirty washcloth was left on the bar ticked into the shower curtain. I HAVE NO IDEA OF THE BATHROOM WAS EVEN CLEANED. I made due with some bar soap, and informed the staff that advised they would send housekeeping to put in soap. When i returned that night, no staff even filled the soaps and i had to return to the front desk for soap. I was never apologized to, and never offered a discount to make it right. As a parent to a sensitive child with a chronic illness, i chose this hotel as it had better cleanliness ratings, but left disappointed.

The positive was the staff was pleasant and professional. The opportunities are the cleanliness and up keep in the hotel. On the 3rd floor it was obvious the hall was not vacuumed daily and there was a disgusting looking stain on the floor toward rooms 300-315. Our room floor was not vacuumed either. In the restroom, the tile was torn and should have been repaired or replaced. In the far corner of the living room by the window there was a slight oder. The ironing board was also missing its cover. We had to lay a towel down in order to use it. Unfortunately we would less likely revist this establishment due to our recent visit.

The cleansest hotel room ive ever stayed in. After Covid, I started wiping down the room with bacterial wipes. For me. Not to catch a Hotel and write a negative review. Spotless. Counters, kitchen, bathroom, remote.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The entire hotel was spotless, reflecting their high standards of cleanliness. HBO Max didn't work on my TV. Tried a few times to watch something and everytime the TV would just turn off by itself when something started to play. Regular channels worked ok but Max did not work.

Great breakfast! Comfy!
We had been to a few hotels on thisbtrip and this one was the best! Has a kitchen and large fridge which is rare! The AC is NOT loud. There was someone else’s pants under the bed but other than that it was clean. The best part was the free breakfast, fresh waffles you make real quick and healthy options , muffins, bagels and English muffins, oatmeal and yogurt, fruits, waffles , eggs and bacon…..and more. No conplaints here
