Horrible customer service, my room had dust and they couldn’t extend our stay cause we had too many boxes which our clothes was in and we’re currently homeless looking for an apartment which I explained and they still said they couldn’t extend it and it was me and 2 children 5 and 7 and they have people on drugs staying there!!

Valley Inn? YIKES. Never did check in…pulled into the driveway, stared in shock at the outside of the place & so many scenes from various horror flicks flashed through my mind. Didn’t even feel safe enough to get out of the car to take pictures to prove this feeling of dread & insecurity, just left & hit the road figuring another 4-hours of driving wouldn’t kill me…unlike the feeling I had that I would if I stayed the night.

Im was going through a domestic violence situation with 2 babies, i booked this places they let me in the next day they complain about me having too much stuff and they told me that i needed to empty the room or they will charge an extra fee for it. I never heard anything about a such situation. I was leaving my house to give my kids a better life and I was caring with what I need for them, it wasn’t that much of stuff!! Anyways, just keep this in mind for future reference.
