Perfect place, excellent time!
We had a blast celebrating my husband's birthday here over the weekend. The location was perfect and the property was wonderful. We were a little surprised that permanent residents also live in the house, but it turned out not to be a big deal. Everybody loved it, and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!

Condo on the Beach
Gorgeous condo providing four bedrooms with each a connected bathroom. Porch offered views of the ocean, and a short flight of stairs lands you on the beach - great for taking a dip in the ocean or taking a walk along the beach. Amenities were plentiful and helpful. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay. The only drawback is the 10 am checkout as many places make it 11am. Another hour to enjoy the ocean would have been nice.

Second time we stayed in this home my family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this place the home has one of the most beautiful views we can hear the ocean throughout the day. Down a couple stairs & your on the beach, beautiful deck gives you the relaxing sounds of the ocean. The space is great, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The location is amazing (right on the sand/ocean front) and the home is beautiful and has obviously been renovated with fabulous touches/amenities throughout. Great trip amazing views
We had an amazing time at the Malibu beach house. The owner was great at communicating with us even let us check out later on Sunday. The views are incredible. THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! It is the lower level of a large house. You will have people living above you and you will hear then all day and Night!! And their noisy dogs scratch around!!! Good lord!!! You think you are getting a 3 story house on the beach. Nope!! You think its secluded!! Nope!!! You think its 2800 sq ft!! NOPE!!! Dont fall for the trick. The property was perfect for a family of 8pp. The house had everything you need. We baked a cake & bbq. Watched Netflix movies and had morning walks on the beach. From the kitchen window we were able to see the sunset while we sipped a glass of wine. Perfect family stay.

Beautiful house in an incredible location
The house is in an incredible location - you can sit on the front porch and watch the waves roll in or take the stairs down to the beach and enjoy walking etc. I think the manager could have been more responsive and it was annoying that the electronic lock on the front door didn't work all weekend so whenever we left the house it was unlocked but at the same time it's not a high crime area and there are security cameras so I wasn't really nervous about getting robbed. And of course we could lock the doors when we were inside. We were there on a weekend so hard to get a contractor there to fix it, I'm sure they fixed it Monday. The kitchen was fine - we cooked a meal, not great pots and pans but usable. Bathrooms really pretty. Beds comfortable. Quiet at night - couldn't hear any cars or anything except waves (love that sound). Could hear the family upstairs at times but didn't bother me. Would def stay there again!

A great property for a weekend getaway
This house on the Malibu beach is spectacular and exactly what you need for a beach getaway. We loved every second of our stay. The house opens directly on the beach down a single set of stairs and the unit is below the owner's unit. We met the owners a few times and they were lovely. Both love to be outside and can be seen on the beach with their two amazing dogs. The inside of the unit has everything you need. The walls are a little thin so you will hear footsteps every so often. We'll definitely look to stay again sometime in the future.

Wasn’t a house was more of a condo. Dogs barked every morning around 6am next to master bed. People upstairs were constantly walking and using power tools at one point. Parking spot allocated was never available. Plus there wasn’t a lock on the door that separated the two condos which was weird. Inside the home was really nice but a lot of issues otherwise.

the property and its location are amazing; we had a wonderful time, but were disappointed to find out there was construction going on right outside the window; when we arrived on Friday there was someone working right on the outside of the balcony by the hot tub, so we had to wait for him to leave in order to use the hot tub; there was a piece of plywood blocking one of the windows and the view of the ocean from the kitchen; on Saturday workers arrived in the morning and started hammering and drilling, it was very disruptive and we had to ask them to leave

The property was wonderful! The location was unbeatable! The listing should have been more specific regarding how much of the house was actually being rented. The house is three actual levels, and we were on the 2nd floor. I thought I was renting the entire house. The listing also said we had four parking spots. The owners cars were in all four spots the entire weekend. All in all, we had a wonderful time

The condo was excellent. Very roomy and comfortable. Nice covered deck overlooking the beach and ocean below. The location is in the heart of Malibu on a perfect stretch of beach. Plenty of space for our kids to play in the sand. We will definitely come back.

Gorgeous home!
We were surprised upon arriving to find that this property is *just* the first floor of the host’s 3-story family home. However, we had a spectacular trip, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Devon is a wonderful host: communicative, easy-going, and there to help with your every need. The location is gorgeous - right on the beach, and close to amazing shopping and restaurants. Overall, we had the best time in this beautiful home and would stay here again and again.
