Personal item lost during stay We stayed at the USC Hotel for two nights. On the second night, we returned to our room and discovered that a T-shirt left on the bed was missing. After thoroughly searching our luggage and the room, we confirmed it was gone. While we understand this may have been an honest mistake by housekeeping, the lack of resolution or compensation, even after two weeks of follow-up, was deeply disappointing. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

Noisy if you get on the wrong side
Rooms on highway side are noisy, avoid; when I called down to change, no answer from front desk (three times). Room has good drapes but serious wear in bathroom (peeling/stained wallpaper). Lame executive lounge has noisy A/C and no snacks or drinks, sometimes not even water. Room service good. Also positive: front desk had masks available to help with the smoke from fires.
