The hotel was very nice with harbor views. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly. Service was great. Some of the things I felt a little annoyed with included calling room service to pick up the dining cart after we were finished eating in room service and three times they never picked it up but waited 3 to 4 hours for someone to finally come. The bed was hard pressed and not comfortable. The room was definitely outdated could use a pick me up.

The property was great but the rooms do not come with a mini fridge which was surprising for the huge cost. We had no cold water to drink in our room and that was very frustrating.
