The cost was high for an old hotel, parking for small truck was $80 per night, walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors. They don’t allow Uber or Lyft pickup, so you have to walk to another location. As far as location, it’s next to the intuit area and walking distance to SoFi. I will not return to this hotel.

Great location if you’re doing events at Sofi or Intuit. Trying to get a cab/uber/Lyft to the hotel is a challenge because it won’t let you order to the hotel during these events and traffic is crazy. They gave us the room closest to the restaurant on the street side. It was noisy with people screaming all night, wish I was on the poolside. The gym needs to be maintained, it’s sad. Attachments for the machines are broken or missing. The aerobic machines weren’t powered on and there’s no attendant so you have to find maintenance to fix it. Housekeeping didn’t service our room despite having the sign to request them. But the location was great walking back from Intuit after a concert.

Great building and staff but I wish the parking was easier or valet cheaper. In a place that has zero street parking you are kind of forced to valet in the end.

So we came a hour early and usually we had no issue from other hotels checking in early but this hotel wanted us to pay $40 dollars even though our room was already ready. Usually I’m fine with any additional fees but when they put that $100 hold on your card that goes straight to parking and other amenity fees. I’ve been to many hotels and this is first one where I didn’t see no reason for $96 dollars all for just parking and using the WiFi etc. Breakfast wasn’t even included. I can admit the room was lovely not so much the view but besides that not worth it all.

Staff members and cleaning crew were so kind and helpful. The only downside was parking they make you valet (only option) and the valet charged $55 overnight and $80 to keep our car past 12 pm. We paid for a late checkout at 2pm so you can imagine the inconvenience so in total $135 for parking plus tip for valet.
