Designed by highly regarded architect Robert Thibodeau, this spacious contemporary townhome is ideally situated in prime Venice close to top restaurants and boutiques on the world famous Abbot Kinney. The ground floor level of the unit offers a lounge/office plus 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a patio. The great room on the second floor is stunning with wide-plank hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and an open concept chef's kitchen with huge island and bar seating. Stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, separate double ovens and a 48 inch stove with additional ovens. This truly provides the ideal space for large-scale entertaining or casual living. Moving up to the third level, you have primary bedroom suites equipped with a luxurious en-suite bathroom with tub, separate shower, dual vanities and well-appointed walk-in closet. From the unit enjoy an expansive rooftop providing a panoramic view perfect for capturing the sunset while enjoying the fire feature and large wood deck and lounge. The unit comes with a two-car garage.

Wonderful Stay and Location!
We absolutely loved this home, it's on a quiet street, yet still walking distance to Venice Beach, Abbott Kinney Shops, the restaurants on Rose, and more! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed-- from coffee, to soaps, dish detergent, and beyond. I find that rare with most rentals and was very pleasantly surprised. While we went with our family on this trip- this space would work great for any group traveling the area. The bedrooms are well laid out, lots of living space, and a gorgeous kitchen as well. The host was super helpful in all aspects and we look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic Stay in Venice
Stayed in Venice, California at a beautiful property that had a rooftop. Check-in was very easy, and hosts were available and communicative. The property was very well supplied with a great kitchen. Everything was stocked very well and made our stay extremely comfortable for the week that we stayed. The towels and linens were nice, you will not get the cheap stuff. If you like high quality stuff, this is the place to stay. The property had many areas to hang out and was in a great location. We have stayed in this part of California a few times and this property is our favorite. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great family get together in Venice
Great property for a large group. We took advantage of multiple trips to USC for family events, shopping and dining on Abbot Kinney Blvd and long walks exploring the beaches. Good overall location. The house is better in person than the on-line pix which says a lot. The property management team was very organized and responsive. Overall a great trip!
