They have improved. Nice enough clean room, staff at check in was great. The parking fee should be less, though. Getting a room high up and away from the freeway is the best tip about this place.

Trash Hotel
Ridiculous. My husband was accused of smoking weed in his room WHICH HE NEVER DID. They judged the way he looked and assumed he was trash. My husband was barely in the room. Only to sleep and never once smoked ANYTHING in that room. They banned him for NO reason. I am outraged.

Clean cost effective place to stay
Good location to airport and 405. Ask for a room away from the 405 side. The room was noisy due to the 405. When i moved rooms to the other side it was much better.

Served its purpose
The room smelled of kitty litter. It was so strong that my eyes wouldn’t stop watering. Otherwise, the room was clean, but dated. No shampoo, no facial tissues, there was only a bar of soap and towels. Toilet was new, but shower needs to be renovated. I needed a place to stay with an overnight layover at LAX, so the shuttle was helpful.

Fast check out and check in. Only thing I didn’t like was being roomed next to the elevator so there was lots of noise do to the people arriving other than that I had a good nights rest.
