The place has a safe and quiet environment. Staff are nice. The rooms are a bit dated , especially the couch. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the most. Will definitely stay there again when I’m back in LA.

There were poop stains on the bathroom wall. Some stains on the carpet between the bed and nightstand. Although we paid for parking and there was a security guard on duty, we were robbed.

My only complaint is I don't recall being told of the parking charge when issued the hangar and that was a $49.00 charge. It was not mentioned when I checked out either. There was plenty of parking on the street in the area.

The assigned room (102) had a TV that did not work. Shortly after checking in, I notified the front desk of the problem and was advised several rooms experienced a similar signal outage the night before. Hotel had plenty of time to correct the problem before I checked in or at least should have notified me of the outage at the time of check-in. For a nightly rate of $234, I expected better.
