This remodeled California Ranch Style House is perched in the hills right above the Pacific Ocean. Restaurants, Whole Foods and great shopping are less than 10 min away. We have a stunning contemporary cook's kitchen with an open floor plan. Huge deck overlooking the surf and mountains, ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or intimate dinners. The primary Bedroom with a California king-sized bed with ocean views includes a 4k TV with Apple TV. Second Bedroom with ocean views, queen-sized bed TV, Apple TV, and Bluetooth smart speaker. The third Bedroom also has an ocean view with a queen-sized bed and Bluetooth smart speaker.

All bedrooms open directly out to the ocean and mountain views and include Egyptian Cotton Bedding. Cook's Kitchen with Viking Range and 2 dishwashers for ultimate in entertaining ease. 60 inch Panasonic Plasma TV in living room complete with HULU TV, Apple TV. Wireless Fiber Optic high speed internet access throughout the house.

The property includes ocean view side yard complete with outdoor tables and romantic seating area including hammock, native landscaping, and fruit trees.

this VRBO was excellent! The pictures do not do it justice, every view was beautiful from every bedroom and the kitchen and the eating area. The house were very responsive and it was very well organized. We travel quite a bit and many VRBO‘s have issues with small items that overtime are annoying like doors that don’t close properly, etc. everything was in good working order. It was so nice. we definitely plan on staying again highly recommend this place and the host hosts

What a GEM!
We are so incredibly grateful to have found this amazing home, a gem in Malibu! The views, the environment, and energy provided for the best relaxing girls weekend ever. The extra touches that the hosts put in left us feeling special, cared for, and awesome! Very easy to communicate with them, and they are absolutely fantastic. Their home is GORGEOUS, and it's such an incredible escape with the most amazing views. Also perfectly located to get anywhere in Malibu and beyond. Malibu Dream House
Lindsay and Trevor are excellent hosts and every year (this is our 4th) we can’t wait to come back! The house has views of both the Pacific Ocean and surrounding canyons from every room. The grounds are meticulously kept with indigenous plants and landscaped beautifully. This year Lindsay’s new plantings below the deck terrace have taken bloom and enhance the property even more. We come to Malibu to see our grown children who are LA transplants from NYC as well as our extended family of nieces and partners. This year we invited close family friends from Atlanta who were double over by the house and property. The kitchen and outdoor grill and table set ups is perfect for our large family gatherings where we have all enjoyed our reunions amidst the gorgeous sunsets and surrounding privacy. Counting down until next summer when we hope to be back!

This property is beautiful. We had a wonderful experience! There are ocean views from every room. Drinking your morning coffee on the deck feels like a vacation. The home is comfortable, spacious and user friendly. The plants and foliage are stunning, creating little areas outside to enjoy. Easy access to town (Malibu) and the beach. The owners are awesome and responded quickly if we had a question.

Perfect Malibu Getaway
This was our third stay at this lovely house. The hosts are the best - so thoughtful and responsive. I hate to let the secret out, but…
This is the kind of property you want to keep to yourself. It is everything and more if you enjoy the vibe of Malibu. Property does not disappoint, it is so well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Views, landscaping, location, location, location. The pictures of this house and the views do not describe the beauty nor the graciousness of the host. Lindsey quickly responded to all my questions both before and during our vacation week in Malibu. I was there with 4 of my girlfriends celebrating my 60th and I am just so grateful that I chose this exact location. aside from the amazingly well-stocked and comfortable house and views that it provides, the location was ideal for what we wanted. Lindsey had made recommendations for restaurants, hikes, yoga, shopping and beaches. We used some of these and some provided by personal friends who live in the area. We had some downtime and stayed pretty busy during the days. It was perfect! I have Lindsey to thank for allowing us to stay in her home and neighborhood in a gorgeous part of our country. It was an unforgettable time!!

Malibu Canyon Dream
Lindsay and Trevor’s home provides a magnificent expanse overlooking the ocean with canyons on each side. The house is a private oasis tucked away with the most spectacular gardens of natural plantings and sitting areas. The house is well maintained with stunning views and windows from every room. We come to Malibu to spend extended time with our family. Our adult sons and nieces enjoy visiting while we host family dinners. Everyone walks away in awe of the breathtaking scenery. This was our third summer renting and will continue to do so! Love it!

Heaven on Earth
Heaven on Earth is the most accurate description. You feel enveloped with warmth the minute you step foot on the property. This place has soul!
