Welcome to a newly renovated, very large studio suite set in a bright private space full of light and charm. This is a wonderful place to unwind featuring an open-plan living space, modern decor, and furnishings including a new kitchenette, and brand new hardwood floors throughout.

A large section of our home has been reimagined to create this private indoor/outdoor studio with access to it own private courtyard.
The studio is a guest unit on the first floor of a two story house. It is one of two guest units on the property and owners also live in the main house. If you need anything during your stay the owners are usually available to help right away.
The unit has a private entrance and the apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably with a kitchenette, heat, A/C, tv, cable, wifi, coffee, tea and many other great amenities.
You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guest home is pet friendly (pet fees apply per pet).
The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA.

The unit is a Guest unit that is separate and completely private, you have the studio for yourself, access to the private outside dining area.

This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants.
For this location we offer street parking which is free and does not require a permit. Most of the neighbors park in the driveways and garages so there is always plenty of parking spaces on the street. As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk.

- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. You can contact us any time by phone, email. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.

Affordable studio
The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It was an affordable studio. A toaster would have been nice to have since I just ate breakfast there and was out for the rest of the day. Property manager was very responsive. I thought it was weird that my studio patio was walled off from the pool by a 6 foot fence that you could not see over, and had to make arrangements to use the pool. I was a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood which was mainly a Hasidic community which I was not expecting. But the neighborhood itself was lovely with many beautiful homes and landscaping.

Cute home away from home
Check in went well and easy, the only thing that threw us off were the air mattresses. When looking at the listing it seemed there was more than one standard bed (which there is) just in the form of an air mattress. Other than that quirk the stay was great.

Erholung Fehlanzeige - Beschuldigung für einen Schaden, den wir nicht verursacht haben
Die vorab versprochene Mail mit den Details zum Check-In kam pünktlich am Morgen der Ankunft und beinhaltete alle notwendigen Informationen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die gesamte Einrichtung macht einen sehr guten und neuen Eindruck. Leider haben sich die Vermieter in der Zeit, in der wir dort anwesend waren, nicht ein einziges Mal bei uns blicken lassen oder sich vorgestellt. Dies kennen wir aus den Objekten, in denen wir in den Jahren 2016 bis 2018 gewesen sind, anders. Entweder waren die Vermieter dann wegen des Check-In vor Ort oder aber, wenn es sich, wie hier auch, um einen Self-Check-In handelte, kamen die Vermieter zu uns und haben sich kurz vorgestellt. So blieb hier eine Anonymität, die nicht schön war. Was außerdem überhaupt gar nicht geht, ist der auf unserem Teil der Terrasse installierte „Aire Flo“. Die Klimaanlage wird in diesem Haus zentral gesteuert und der „Aire Flo“ ist das Klimagerät, das für die frische Luft sorgt. Es ist aber unzumutbar, dass dieses Gerät auf dem vermieteten Teil der Terrasse steht. Dieses Gerät geht in sehr unregelmäßigen Abständen an und bläst dann so laut, dass man sich nicht mehr vernünftig unterhalten kann. Außerdem sorgte es jedes Mal, wenn es angegangen ist, für einen riesigen Schreck bei uns, da wir nie damit rechneten, dass es gerade jetzt anspringt. Man zahlt hier für diese Wohnung Geld und bekommt diese nicht geschenkt, da muss man erwarten können, dass man auch entspannen kann. Aber dies ist aufgrund dieses Gerätes leider nicht möglich. Das war aber leider noch nicht alles, was hier negativ gewesen ist. 3 Tage nach unserer Abreise haben wir die Information erhalten, dass wir angeblich das Bett kaputt gemacht haben (Lattenrost). Es ist sehr seltsam gewesen, dass diese Information erst 3 Tage nach unserer Rückkehr an uns herangetragen wurde und auf dem von uns angeforderten Beweisfoto ergeben sich auch einige Ungereimtheiten. Laut dem Vermieter hat der Reinigungsservice den Schaden entdeckt, auf dem Beweisfoto sind jedoch diverse Artikel zu erkennen gewesen, die ein Reinigungsservice mit Sicherheit nicht nutzt (zwei Ladegeräte in Steckdosen, eine Wasserflasche auf dem Nachttisch und ein Laken in einer Farbe, die unser Laken nicht hatte). Die entsprechende angeblich vorliegende Rechnung zur Schadensbeseitigung haben wir bis heute nicht vorgelegt bekommen! Wir können diesen Vermieter und das Objekt daher nicht weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass es anderen Mietern nicht so ergeht wie uns.
