Beautiful, quiet, and spacious private house with a large backyard. Manhattan Beach and other gorgeous beaches only 10 minutes away. Ideal location with a 10-15 minute drive to LAX airport, and a 30-35 minute drive to downtown LA and Hollywood. Close to amusement parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Knott's Berry Farm.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, it's own bathroom, and doors to the backyard. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer in the house. The backyard also has a patio area and a barbecue. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, therefore parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed, and no outside visitors.

Perfect California quiet hideaway
This property was spacious and clean. The back yard and children's room ensured the 4 year old was able to be entertained. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty food and tourist locations nearby. This was just what we needed

Perfect place to stay!
We booked this property for the weekend. And we definitely made a good choice on this property. Place is spacious. Beautiful home and everything in the home was provided for. Marzena was a great host. If we plan to be in the area in the future, we will 100 percent book this place again.

Very nice, big fenced back yard.
House was great. Looks recently renovated - looks fresh. All super easy. Big yard for dogs. Good value. Easy freeway access - not far from SoFi. Starbucks 4 minutes away. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Stay
The house has everything we needed. It was perfect in everyway. Quiet and clean street. Mary was easy to communicate with, it was a real pleasure staying in her home. Only con was the water pressure from the showers, it was hard to shower but we never let that affect our stay.

Great stay at El Camino Village property
Our family stayed at this property for 5 nights on a short Los Angeles vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The home was very clean and well appointed, and the check-in and communications with the owner were all very smooth. Our kids particularly liked the bathtubs and the backyard. The location was great too, as it was central for a lot of the activities we did, such as going to the beach, but also theme parks and sporting events (USC, Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium). We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend for other travellers.

Great Stay in LA
Really enjoyed our stay in this LA home in the suburbs. The home was spotless with a gorgeous layout. Plenty of room for five people and an easy drive to both Disneyland and Angels Stadium. The host was great to work with and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if back in the area!

Beautiful and clean home with all the amenities needed. We stayed here for the Eagles Concert. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the stadium. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this home, and would stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved this home. It was very week kept, very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. We absolutely loved the bathtub in the master suite. This is a perfect location for our stay! It was right in between UCLA (visiting my niece there) and Long Beach. I’m so glad I found this house. Mary was very attentive and answered all the questions I had very quickly. The house itself is very nice and exactly to the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious and I loved all the thoughtfulness of everything inside. We will definitely be booking here again next time we are in the area. We didn’t use the backyard, but the whole area out there looked nice as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area! Thank you Mary!

A lovely oasis.
The house is perfection for a family. Plenty of space for whatever your plans are. I loved that the seating, whether inside or outside, had ottomans. Putting my feet up is how I love to relax. The beds were really comfortable, and the showers were roomy. My pup & I loved the fenced back yard. The whole property was gorgeous.

Perfect stay in LA!
My hard-to-impress teens told me, "you're going to give this place a great review, right?" Absolutely! We stayed in this gorgeous house for 4 nights on the last leg of a two week trip in CA and could not be more pleased. The house is beautiful with modern amenities, and has a beautiful, private back yard with a table and chairs for eating outdoors. It's in a nice residential suburb of LA that it convenient to downtown (~ 15 mi/45 min drive), the beaches (20 min to Redondo, 40 to Santa Monica), and LAX (15 min!). The first night we arrived we wanted to eat close by and had a fabulous dinner at a local Mexican restaurant called Zacatecas - highly recommend! We also bought some groceries at Walmart which is close too. I recommended this house to my friends also coming to LA but it was booked for their timeframe this summer- not surprised. Thanks for a great house! Much better than staying in a hotel and reasonable priced.
