I loved the location, design and layout of this building and apartment. Unfortunately, i couldn't get my stove top to work reliably at any point during my stay (I did notify the staff and they were very responsive however, even when they got it to eventually work, neither of us was really sure why it had started working and I couldn't reliably repeat the method at a later time. I di request a different room if one was available but by the time they could accommodate that request, I only had one day left so...

The room was perfect! Very spacious and cozy. Staff were very helpful. We stayed at Sonder during the World Series so the streets were ramped but the hotel security made us feel safe and secure. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was really nice. Issue we had was first room the AC wasn’t working. Couldn’t get it fixed first night. So we opened a window and then heard tons of noise it being downtown. At 6am a dump truck comes and wakes up right outside our window. Figured out the second day the AC couldn’t be fixed and they gave us a new upgraded room higher up. Was great after that. I will say the staff was amazing and very helpful and responsive. Rooms are nice and building is clean. Downtown LA is just really trashy and gross.

Absolutely loved my time here. Was a perfect place to use and the area was easy to navigate and walkable. I had booked this place because of how close it was to BMO stadium and the traffic and other factors to and fro was what made me pick this property. But the stay makes me want to come back. Super clean space and the bed was to die for. The kitchen amenities was a plus! Will stay here again once I am back.

The staff was amazing. So friendly, so helpful Originally did have a lower level room and found the street noise too much so transferred to a higher level floor and it was great. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for longer stays (cooktop, oven, fridge, washer & dryer)

I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation for myself and my best friend. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our suite, the cleanliness and the amenities were very adequate. My only suggestion is I wish there was a microwave oven. Highly recommended.

Very good staff, welcoming and accommodating. The room is really nice👍. The vibe is good overall. Only thing is that the area can be a little concerning with a lot of homeless, and the streets around can be dirty so if you plan to walk around just watch your step. There’s a lot of food places that are conveniently close to the area so it’s nice. I guess if you’re staying in DTLA, just watch out in general. But all in all. Everything was good. And our stay was worth it.
