The best things about staying at the Sheraton was the proximity to Universal Studios, the free shuttle service, the Tesla superchargers in the hotel property.

Very convenient to Universal Studios.
I sent my 19 year old daughter with her 21 year old brother. She really wanted to go to the Halloween festival. She loves The Weeknd. Both had a great time at Universal Studios and enjoyed the hotel convenience as well.

Always stay here when visiting Universal Studios and it doesn’t disappoint! Decorated for Christmas and felt like home. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. Very easy walk to the theme park!
