Place needs to be Fixed . Always wanted to stay here and was so disappointed . Showers have mold and not a clean hotel . Many people we talked to had the same to say , just I don't think a lot of people speak up . Had no hot water one day and had to take cold showers .

We booked our two night stay here for a wedding. Upon arrival in LA it was very hot ~ 100. The hotel upper floors were not able to cool the rooms as many of us did notify the guest services. Their AC systems were not adequate for these temps. More important our bedding have a sandy material and we do not believe the bed was changed along with a slopping old mattress unfit for two guests. I am a very active traveler and I’ve never stayed in a Marriott property that had such poor services.

A great place to stay if you're going to Universal Studios. Kid friendly, fun pool, and great place to enjoy a drink in the evening. The breakfast and appetizer is a great add for a small fee. The staff is very friendly and helpful on our four night stay! Well done Sheraton!
