The pictures of the Rooms and Coffee/Breakfast area did not match the photos on Expedia or the Red Roof inn website. The room did not have a coffee pot, a telephone that worked, no lamps. There was not a breakfast area or coffee in their building. The management said they haven't been serving coffee or breakfast since Covid started, which was 4 years ago. They did state that the was a Starbucks down the road and I should go there to get coffee. I only stayed at the Red Roof Inn because of the FALSE ADVERTIZING pictures on the websites. I will never stay there again and may not stay with Red Roof Inn again. Please update your website to remove the pictures of the breakfast area and rooms that are FALSE ADVERTIZING. I also had to get the room key reset after leaving the room and lot in the morning and returning in the evening. The tenants around me were noisy in their rooms on both sides and below my room. I also heard one of the tenants from below saying she was going to call 911 on her "boyfriend" who would not give her the keys back to her vehicle which was parked in the parking lot. It was from the room and the parking lot. It started about 9am in the morning and continued as I left and returned in the afternoon. It was still going on when I left in the early evening. The hood of the vehicle was raised and still parked in the parking lot when I returned that night. It was quiet night, and the vehicle was still there when I left for good at 6am.
The first room had a broken A/C and stained bedding, the second room had a disgusting tub, lots of broken furniture, and bugs. Left as soon as we saw them crawling around.
They gave us a really dirty room with 2 beds but it seemed like someone had just left from that room and they did not clean
They had even recycling bottles there and dirty towels on the floor
Lobby staff was nice. I stayed here for 3 days and not ONCE did they come to clean and change the sheets! I would leave for the day and come back and nothing was done, but too late to have someone clean. Front lobby didn’t do much just apologized.
Dirty room, dirty bathroom, walls dirty, chairs were dirty as well. Everything was not clean. There was a dish in the refrigerator. The AC was not label correctly, we didn’t know how to turn on cool or hot on the unit.

I booked a room with a jetted tub but it didn't work.
I paid a cash deposit to this location and I have not received it. I've contacted the third party where my room was booked yet they cannot contact them back horrible service and communication.
