Advertised as having a pool and breakfast...niether were available. Had to change rooms as the first one had a window that didn't close and lock properly and smelled of smoke. Coffee maker didn't work

The staff was really nice and welcoming! Staff honored my request for a lower level due to my injuries. My room was presentable. I dis have issues with centipedes in the room and heat/air not working properly.

We were only there for a night so we could attend a concert at Dodgers Stadium. The photos on Expedia didn’t look too bad but when I pulled into the parking lot we were kind of surprised at the outside of the hotel and how little parking there was for it. We checked in which went super smooth and made it up to our room, the elevator is janky at best, but the room was clean and a decent size for only being something we were staying in for the night. I’d give it a 3/5 considering the fact that it was a nightmare to try and get out of to get out onto the main road from.

A deposit was due at check in, haven’t had to do that in a while. The room was two beds when I had reserved for one king bed. Room was no smoking so my partner went to smoke in the balcony and was told to go smoke somewhere else. Got woken up by the people next door at 5am!

When we arrived at check in time starting at 2:30 the lady in the front told us system was down so we couldn’t check in we checked again at 3 like she said and still down, then she switches shifts with a guy and im assuming didn’t tell him we had been waiting so he checks everyone else in first and we had to wait. Then the room we got had the ac unit inside the bathroom mirror area so the room was never fresh and honesty that made the review a 1 star because of the inconvenience and the ac unit being in the bathroom and not cooling down the room.
