Most terrible experienced hotel
What I main purpose booking this hotel was because it had kitchen where I could cook for myself. but There’s no kitchen tools. and very noisy, uncomfortable bed, nothing to good impression in this hotel. and it looks a bit dangerous place. A Cop arrested some person in this hotel.

No water working from the sink and nasty shower
A little disappointed they didn’t offer a partial refund when I booked 5 nights and their appliances didn’t work. The refrigerator wasn’t working that good but the freezer section was fine. The microwave circular glass tray wasn’t the right one so it was lopsided made noise and whatever was in the microwave it could’ve fell over. The worst part about the room was the bathroom sink didn’t work at all. So I checked underneath the bathroom and noticed the water was shut close so I turned them on. The water started to work but next thing you know it started leaking a bunch of water from under the sink. Which is why the water was shut from the beginning. Lastly the shower you could noticed the water wouldn’t shut off completely so it leaked and it was hot water so the bathroom was always hot. What I didn’t noticed the first time using the shower was the 3rd night I noticed when you first turn on the shower the water comes out brown/yellow ish which was disgusting and they couldn’t move me rooms bc their were full. After telling the other workers up front and I believe the owner or manager was there and overheard me but yet still did not offer me a refund or some compensation for the days I was in that room. I mean $20 off each night would’ve been awesome. But the fact nothing was done or given to me and the fact I have to even say something well makes me not want to spend a single dollar here again. And writing a negative review does more harm to the business since they did nada.

The parking lot had trash and cars that looked like they have been parked there for a long time, the interior of the hotel was run down and the tv was broken. Basically a beaten up place that has not received much up keep.

Room was old. The hotel smelled like weed. The kitchen wall had blood. The room did have a phone it was broken. The room its selfs need a lot of cleaning and repairs.

Great Experience at the Hotel
I was very disappointed when I called expedia to find out if the hotel had a refrigerator. I had asked ai at booking and was told yes but I forget to ask about the microwave. Expedia said no refrigerator or microwave. Expedia said no record of talking to ai. I brought my cooler and bought something that I could eat for dinner and breakfast. TO MY SUPRISE AT CHECKIN I WAS TOLD IT WAS A SUITE WITH FULL KITCHEN. Expedia has some explaining to do. Very dissapointed. Why have customer service if it is no correct.

No phone, no hairdryer, bathroom door was missing handle, no housekeeping service, smell like cannabis in the main entrance. One of the restrroms was dirty when I checked in.
