Pretty beach apartment w/ parking, bikes, pet friendly!

Be a minute to the beach in the best location of LA! For 1 to 4 people, my flat comes with two bikes so you can enjoy 22 miles of bike track by the beach. Best bars/restaurants close by. All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, Gold's Gym, Rose Ave, Main St, Muscle Beach, canals, skate park... My off-site parking space is available a 4-minute walk away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.

Amazing location a step away to the beach, in between the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and the best shops/restaurants on Main Street, just one block from trendy Rose Ave. The apartment's windows give on a parking lot and we are on the ground floor.

Airy space with tons of character on the ground floor of a cute historical building. Located in a very touristy place, our flat offers an alternative to a hotel stay and provides the amenities you may need for a different sort of traveling experience.

It is a charming beach apartment, clean and perfectly furnished, in a small condominium with three floors. The apartment is located on the ground floor so very easy to access. As the location is right on Venice Beach, the area gets very busy in summer with a lot of animation and it can be noisy sometimes.

The apartment is 650 square feet and has a combination of laminate floor and tiles flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed that sleeps two people as well.

One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four gas burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). An iron and an ironing board are also available.

We put at your disposal 2 bikes (Mountain bikes) with locks. We provide one off-site parking space in a parking lot a four-minute walk away, and you can also park in the street (parking is free, just check the signs to avoid having a ticket). There are bus stops close-by (on Main St), it is very convenient to use Uber or Lyft and the Bird or Lime scooters to move around.

The check-in procedure is automated so you don't need to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior.

Important to know: as in all the Venice buildings that are directly on the boardwalk, the sound insulation is not optimal and we can hear the noise of the street. If you are a light sleeper or are intolerant of the slightest noise, this is not the place for you. The highlights of this apartment are its incredible location, the two free bikes provided and the fact that there is free parking included, which is a true luxury in Venice Beach.

With the invigorating air of the ocean nearby, the Californian lifestyle and the animated restaurants and bars of Venice Beach, you really feel like being on vacation all year round here...

Great Location
Awesome location with easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and any stores, shops, restaurants you would need. Bikes provided worked great to use on the bike trail down to the Santa Monica Pier. We only stayed for a long weekend, but with the spacious apartment and full kitchen It would be perfect for a longer stay as well.

Venice beach apartment
We stayed at this Venice Beach apartment for 11 days in Sept. and it was a great location, just steps away from the beach and the Venice boardwalk. The apartment was very clean and Marni was a great host. We were told this location can be a bit noisy at night but for the entire time we didn’t have any issues with that at all. Thank you Marni for being a great host and we would definitely stay here again!

Venice Beach
We had a great time and could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. I say “almost” because we wanted to go into downtown LA and that of course wasn’t walkable. We did walk to restaurants, shops, and Santa Monica Pier! The unit had everything we needed. I read some reviews about the noise so we just played white noise on our phones to sleep and had no issues. We never used the bikes, but they are definitely a nice touch.

This is a great location if you want to live on the boardwalk. It is noisy but that’s to be expected when you’re in the middle of the action. I had no problems with that. The beds situation was a love hate affair. I never like the beds when I travel. I invest in my bed at home due to my back. The bed I slept in was actually good. I was surprised I was quite happy with it. Now the other one was a nightmare. My daughters was sore when she woke. I tried it and I wouldn’t even attempt to sleep on that thing. Overall the place was really clean and the host was really hands on. Texting and emailing to see when I was arriving who was coming with me. Even on the day I was due to arrive she was texting and emailing to see when I was coming as if she was there waiting on me.

Incredible and highly attentive host and can't beat the location! While the ambiance could benefit from some improvements, such as a lingering scent that was reminiscent of cat urine, it's important to note that other reviews accurately highlight the presence of noise. The upstairs neighbors occasionally create noticeable stomping sounds, and due to its proximity to a vibrant boardwalk, it can be quite lively.

I booked a stay at Venice Beach. However, before I got there, I fell and broke my shoulder. Marnie was very understanding. I had thought that my son would be staying there in my place, but he got out of work very late so we ended up seeing it, but we never actually stayed there. However, it looked very clean and neat and it was in a great location. Walking distance to everything on Venice Beach. I would definitely book a stay there again. And thank you to Marnie for being flexible.

Excellent choice for beach property
Excellent choice for small family 2-4 persons, steps to the Venice Beach Blvd. Property is very outdated but owner is very responsive and reasonably priced with consideration to being on the beach. Of note parking is 4 minute walk from apartment. The private lot outside of the apartment will work out a clustered rate for length of stay ($100 for 3-days).

Our Venice Beach Stay
The apartment was great for our stay. We were only there to sleep and shower. It was dated, but clean. The shower needs some TLC for sure. It is a noisy area, but that's Venice Beach. Lots going on right outside our windows, we were so tired, we slept right through it. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Communication was on point. We would stay again.

Amazing Unit Right On Venice Beach
We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is amazing with it being right on Venice beach and close to shops and bars. The unit itself was tidy and clean and had a great feel to it. Marnie was amazing and very helpful. Communication was 10/10. Thank you so much!

Great location, but not for everyone!
Marnie the host is really great, she was attentive, communicative, and even let us drop our things off early when our flight was moved earlier in the day. We did have a little snafu with that due to the previous guests licking a door they shouldn’t have. The unit is nice and clean. One thing to note, though, this is a busy, and relatively noisy area. Combined with the fact that the windows didn’t seem to keep out much noise, we had several nights sleep interrupted. Were it not for the noise issue, my wife and I would happily give this place 5 stars.

Best Location!
The apartment is really cute and just steps away from the beach, the boardwalk, and lots of shops and restaurants. This is an ideal spot if you're looking for easy access to everything. There was plenty of space for the three of us to put our things away and feel comfortable during our stay. Marnie was a great host and checked in multiple times to make sure we weren't in need of anything. I will note that the front/bedroom door is facing an alleyway that is a bit noisy at night. I think that would be the same with any apartment in the area. But even so, we absolutely loved the stay and would definitely stay again!!

Ahhh, Venice.
If you want to be in Venice, this place is for you! The building is on the beach. Literally. The parking is a couple of blocks away in a safe spot. Lots of nice restaurants within a short walk. All the spectacle and energy of Venice Beach is right there. Find a carriage, and take a short ride to Santa Monica Pier for the sunset. Not air conditioned, and may be a little noisy for some. but hey, it's Venice Beach!.

Great place for couples close to the beach
Property is in a great location and perfect for a couple who is looking to stay close to the beach in Venice/Santa Monica. Going to other places in the LA area was also very easy and the parking space was great to keep our rental car. Only two issues that may not be great for every type of traveler are: 1) being in the ground level the apartment can be noisy at times; 2) the shower is very low, even being 6’ I had to bend down to get under it. Otherwise we had a great experience and Marnie was a great host, clear instructions and very fast answers whenever we had to message her.
