Booked based on reviews and amenities! Before paying, asked about amenities and received assurance all was fine. First room was appalling. Was upgraded to a similar from that also was appalling. The promised amenities were all broke and not usable. Requested refund immediately but was denied. Left to the Marriott as I could not let my family stay in the filth. Took extensive pictures!! Be aware.

Upon checking in and being confused about the window, the staff was rude and aggravated. I would not stay here again, everything is very worn down and dirty, and it was not worth the money for our stay.
