I love that the rooms are situated around the stunning pool area. The room are on the smaller size but the design is really well thought out so not a big deal. Javier was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay. I’ll definitely be back.

The worst experience.
Absolutely horrible from parking to the room to even after we were gone and charged a pretty large additional amount with no explanation. everything was a negative experience . The place never mentioned that we would need to pay for parking(again not cheap at all), then when we wanted to leave we couldn’t bc they couldn’t open the garage door. Room was filthy and had toilet poop stains , filthy shower floors, gooey red stuff on the curtains , ac was dripping, and it smelled. People at front desk were rude . One of front desk workers was super unclear on pricing. He told us we would be able to remove a fee if we didn’t use the spa , when we were checking out they said that was not correct and then charged us an additional fee with no reason. Why would they print us a receipt with charges if they were just going to take whatever anyway? I called 7 times to ask why I was charged this and nobody picked up. It was extremely expensive and not worth any of it.

This is a relatively small property. Dining is limited. On the plus side, the rooms are smartly designed and look nicer than you would expect. The overall feel is warm and welcoming. We will be back.

I would def recommend
I'm no stranger to the area, but this was my first time staying at Palihotel. I honestly can't say whether or not I've stayed at such a small, boutique hotel, that gets so much out of it's space. The room (King Suite) was nothing to write home about, but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (including a pullout couch). Beyond it's location, this hotel thrives with it's friendly customer service and competent staff. From the kind people at the front desk, to the bar and poolside staff... they just make you feel like you're truly at home, but away for the weekend. I'll definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.
