Half the reason I chose this hotel was the pool/Jacuzzi. It was closed. No notice. Nothing. If you lost something as an amenity, you should disclose that it is not available. TV access was the worst. Ads for the Omni property... Limited channels. For what they're charging, was a bit ridiculous to not be able to watch something or access one of the 'features' they offer. Hotel was very pretty, and clean... Overall, meh.

Me and my friends stayed for a night. We loved the location as well as the cleanliness of the facility. The room was clean and the beds were impeccable. The restaurant on the third floor has great dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.
