This Beautiful Historic Jazz-era was built in 1922, providing full ocean and Queen Mary views. Located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. We are located minutes away from beautiful beaches and Shoreline Marina area. Highly desirable area. The studio features high speed Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen, upgraded appliances and bathroom. One full size sofa bed along with one Twin Air Mattress that comfortably accommodates three guests. Dedicated workstation and lots of natural lighting. No shared walls making this unit very private.

Historic, cute, and peefectly located
Place is larger than a hotel suite, with a full kitchen and is perfectly located between downtown Long Beach, the Convention Center, and Shoreline Village. It also has a set of Scooters for rent right outside if your looking to travel farther down the beach. We had a greattime and look forward to returning

Wonderful stay close to convention center
I booked this place to attend a conference in Long Beach conference center.clean and cute place for single stay. Way better than a crowded hotel stay. Quite, safe and clean! Merci was great at communicating and responding quickly.

The Studio fit our needs perfectly. The studio was smartly furnished and very clean. It provided more than we couldve attained at any of the hotels nearby. My daughter needed to take a weeks worth of Coast Guard license exams and this was perfect being directly across the street from the Federal Test center. It afforded her the solitude but while still in comfort to study for and then rest between exam sessions. We will definately stay again if in the area. The property owners were absolutely wonderful and were detailed and clear with all their correspondence. Wonderful hosts in every way.
