This is a secured building with 2 car tandem gated garage parking & large storage locker for bikes and suitcases. Amenities include an elevator from garage level, a gym with an outdoor hot tub and a laundry room.

There is A/C for those warm summer days. While the 1 bedroom is most comfortable for 2, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for occasional guests.

Walk along the marina, rent some bikes, paddle boards or kayaks to explore the coastline. Or take a whale watching or sportfishing tour right from the pier.
