The room was okay, the bathroom was very old and gross. We needed to use the laundry machine, but the front desk person told us not to use soap because the machine would eat our money and not dispense soap. So we washed our clothes without water, then the dryer took almost 4 hours to mostly dry our clothing, it was 12:30 am by that time so we took them out damp. If he would have told us that the facilities were broken we would have went to the laundromat. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

There were questionable people just loitering in the parking lot acting erratically. I was in a non smoking room and as soon as I’d walk in or out the door you just smell heavy cigarette smoke and my son has asthma. Lastly, I entered the room to discover the television isn’t working and when I went to the front desk for assistance the clerk seemed irritated and inconvenienced he had to do his job. I got some lame excuse that maintenance was gone for the evening but to return to my room and I’d be contacted when we could switch rooms to no avail! I won’t be returning!
