The Japanese Breakfast was delicious! The spa is also highly recommended by my wife. However the furniture and carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced and updated.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE HEAT!!
A/C was horrible!! Did not work even on the lowest setting. Hotel should focus more on functionality instead of just Aesthetics. Paid $200 to try to sleep like I was in the desert!! Freaking ridiculous!! When I told the front desk that I didn't enjoy my stay, the lady guessed correctly that the A/C wasn't wiring properly... imagine that!! NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE HEAT!!

Not what I expected for the price and Miyako Brand
Room was hot that we were unable to fall asleep and even though maintenance came to reset it twice, the issue was not resolved. They brought us a fan as their solution. Sliding door latch was broken and they were able to fix it. Didn’t want to leave our room without that issue being fixed as someone could enter our room. Remote for the tv needed a new battery, they provided a new battery. The following issues were not reported because I could live with it and night person who answered our call was rude and hung up on us when we called a second time to report that the AC was still not working. I didn’t want to encounter another negative experience. - Reading lamp was not working. - The toilet paper holder seemed to be repaired using hot glue and it was barely hanging on. Had to carefully hold the roll holder while taking the toilet tissue. - The towel rack easily popped out and needed to be put back on every time I removed my towel. - coffee and tea were not refilled on the final day of our stay. The hotel location was excellent, safe and clean. The room was dated but still okay if everything worked properly. The self parking was readily available. Some staff had excellent customer service and greeted guests wonderfully and provided an atmosphere that we expected from the Miyako brand, like the young gentleman that helped us bring our luggage to the room and the housekeepers. The front desk was not as I would expect and did not have basic customer service skills.

Very nice neighborhood and so close to shopping mall, Japanese restaurants and Mitsuwa Japanese market. Staffs are so nice and friendly. Hotel room was very clean. Love the bath tub.

Nice hotel.. would stay here again if needed.
Enjoyed my stay for sure. The window next to the 2nd bed that looks into the shower and tub is a little weird though. I can understand in a king bed room but typically if you book a double it means you don’t want to share a bed with someone so you probably don’t want them to potentially see you taking a shower. The window covering was also on the bed side of the window so the person in the shower cannot control whether it is up or down. Trust who you are staying with I guess cuz you can see through the to toilet too if it’s up. The bidet was nice as was the seat temp selection. Loved the shower too. One of the best I’ve had in a hotel.
