Clean and spacious! Loved everything about this property. I love how easy it was to park compared to the location in LA. I love how it was close to everything but far enough from the traffic noise and the not so great part of town. I came here with my family (3 adults 4 children 1 teen). Never had a problem here. Quiet and the do such a great job at refilling your coffee station.

Mold growing around the curtains

We stayed at the Torrance Miyako Hybrid Hotel few weeka ago(Jan 4- Jan 5)and noticed a lot of mold growing around the curtains. I notified the front desk staff when I checked out, but they were rude and didn't apologize, which made me feel very uncomfortable... It's a shame and sad because I like the hotel and use it every year…

Whenever I go to LA, I stay at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel. Torrance is very close to the city without being in the middle of the usual LA chaos. The hotel is a Japanese business hotel, and the service and facilities are top notch. Highly recommended!

This property was a choice that made us feel safe with our car being exposed to public. When created by the staff they were professional which was great, but a bit stern on procedure check in so much so that I only felt comfortable enough to ask about one of our perk of being VIP, but felt too uncomfortable to ask about a room upgrade that can be possibly offered with our VIP status. The room was clean but still a bit too dusty for my full liking. The balcony is a nice addition on this hotel if you enjoy fresh air. We did sleep comfortably and didn’t hear loud noises or our neighbors through out our time here, very peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-maintained hotel. The convenient location made it easy to explore the variety of restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. One of the highlights of my visit was the soaking tub – a perfect way to relax, especially with the provided bath salts. Overall, a great choice for comfort, convenience and will be back next time.
