NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.

QUIET TIME: 10pm - 8am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.

LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrain from eating in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.

CHECK OUT BY 10AM (late check out needs OK 24hrs ahead.

Comfortable and secure stay
Our stay was very pleasant. The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. The directions on how to enter and how to access the parking garage were clear. Besides a few things needing repair (towel rack, lamp, slow draining bathroom sink) and a shortage of washcloths, the overall accommodation was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easy. I would stay there again.
