Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Average. parking space is good. environment pretty quiet. I complain there are not enough pillows, they reject to solve my problem.
and no hanger for my clothes, but the room is big enough.
When we got there it was 4 of us for a 1 bed we had to get another room since our reservation was non refundable, and the rooms smelled bad like fish or really dirty laundry.
The bed seemed a little smaller than usual I think we got a queen or a full. But the room was clean The only thing that wasn't really clean was the bathtub it was full of hair other than that the neighbors were just being a little extra rowdy. I have two small toddlers that were excited and jumping and just playing and every time that they would hear my kids laugh or scream they would bang on the well as hard as they could scaring us in the process but other than that it was pretty cool.
Checked in on a Friday evening about 7pm. The guy at the desk seemed to be insinuating that I was there for the purpose of prostitution, maybe because I was a man staying the night by himself. He insisted several times that I am not allowed to have company. I’ve not had to be told that before, let alone three times in five minutes. Neighborhood was a little sketchy though. I’ll be staying in Covina closer to work next time, rather than save a few bucks.

There are new, no rooms with two beds downstairs. That made it hard for me with limited mobility. They were nice enough to call and tell me ahead of time, but then put me in the furthest room from the front of the hotel. We were only in our hotel for a brief moment after check-in and when we came back at 1 AM, we had only a few squares of toilet paper. We called them and they refused to bring us. Some said we had to come get it so we had to get redressed and go down to the front office. There is very little parking and we had to park out front of the hotel when our room is at the back.
