Unfortunately i had a bad experience with the hotel staff. i am handicap and unable to walk for long period of times. i made hotel reservations and upon my arrival while checking in, i was asked to move my vehicle from the only handicap parking space available. i informed him that i was handicap and had the card on my vehicle to show him. he proceeded to place me in a upstairs room when i had made reservations requesting easy mobility (there is no elevators) he insisted that the handicap parking was designated for the room across it so i proceeded to ask to be moved in to that room, but it was already reserved. i will be looking into the ADA regulations because having only 1 parking designated for handicap is not okay, specially when its assigned to a certain room. meaning your establishment cannot accommodate more than 1 handicap person at a time.

With a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the aquarium and pier, it made the stay in Long Beach very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Staff were very kind and accommodating to our early check in.

It was a good stay but be careful with the guy at the front desk he tried to charge us extra for having a second couple stay with us for a 2 bedroom room. No way I was paying extra.
