Adequate, but description made it look nicer and more convenient than it actually was. Very utilitarian - no services other than an ice machine and far from downtown even with Civic Auditorium in the name.

Was a nice place for one night had to ask for a wash cloth but no big deal. Only gave 3/4 roll toilet paper not sure if they are being conservative and no back up roll either. Bit bit a deal breaker would stay here again. Water pressure was really low

hotel was nonsmoking but our room had a heavy scent of cigarettes. i notified the desk but they could only offer a room upstairs which we declined. even the front office had a smell so i suspect all rooms had an odor.

Great stay! Great clean room with new fixtures. Safe and secure parking lot. Room service was excellent. And the best part for me is that it has both a microwave and fridge.
