Incident Details At 10:59 a.m. (one minute before checkout), staff members banged on my door, disregarding basic courtesy. Their abrupt entrance was startling and rude. I was already preparing to leave. Unprofessional Response When I expressed frustration, staff became defensive and argumentative, escalating the situation. Front Desk Response Reporting this to the front desk, I was told it's policy. However, rudeness is never policy.

The was electrical issues with the lights. Housekeeping was running us out before 11. The Continental breakfast was just bread and cereal with some muffins. The room was very clean, which is why I do understand that housekeeping was rushing us out. The receptionist at the front was very professional and helpful. The room was very nice and modern. I liked the view from the room as well, especially in the morning. Good service.

Older hotel renovated into Xilo. Comfortable bed, nice rain shower. Parking was tight and narrow, but ample enough. Free breakfast in the morning was minimal, but got the job done. Nice staff.
