When I first checked in, I was given room 117. I was having issues with the TV. The reception was only picking up a handful of channels. It took a few minutes, but I was moved to room 118, and my stay was much more pleasurable!!! I was set to leave on Thursday morning. Just about everything, except 1 small bag was in my car. The moment my phone switched from 10:59 to 11:00, there was a knock on the door. He came to tell me it was check out time. What a way to make a guest feel welcome.

After that guy checked me in told me to give a good reviews ! I was telling myself something not right about this place then. My husband and i entered in our room.it needs alot of upgrade and i looked at the rug i was not sure if i want to take my shoes off !!! Very old blanket and bed sheets, only 2 flat pillows, bed hard like a rock ( can not wait to see my chiropractor after sleeping there for 5 nights ). No microwave, no tissues, no cloths towels, no extra paper towels. The closet kinda like.. broken and smells. Very small bathroom and there is black mold around the bathtub. Shower faucet very low. When i realized there is only 2 smalls bath towels i went to the front desk to politely ask for 2 more bath towels and that same guy that checked me in told me : You already got 2 in your room its not enough ? You should see my face that moment !!! I told him : I need 2 more please. He was like Alright then i go check if i have extra!! Well he should have extras its a damn Hotel isnt it ???? At nights when we go sleep we can hear other guests talking or when door shuts. Not their fault cause we need to slam the door hard to close it ! Also i found a big black widow spider in our bathroom. Bigger than a water cap. And the breakfast HAHA ITS A JOKE ! Only one bag of white bread and mini muffin probably buy at Costco, old coffee machine and not sure if i saw a juice machine. Alright i think i said enough or i just losing tracks here ! But the area alot of restaurants and makets

So the condition of the first room that was given to us was incredibly bad. There was stains all over the carpet and a corner of the carpet where the AC unit was at soaking wet. There was patches of the wall that got covered up with tape. And the water pressure on the shower head was incredibly strong. Honestly, it looked like we were staying in a busted up motel room. We did let them know and were kind enough to change our room. The second room was better. Definitely cleaner. But the first room left a really bad taste and view of the hotel.

I was in room 115 from Tuesday 8/27 until Friday 8/30. On Tuesday it worked ok, then the A/C didn't do much. On Thursday morning, when I came downstairs from breakfast, I washed my hands, all was good. A while later I went in to use the bathroom and my sink was full of water. It was not the greatest stay, especially since I usually get a room to have A/C, that was a major letdown.
