This hotel turned out to be more than I expected. Nice desk, table, chairs, & big tv inside the room. Everything fairly clean. Many stores & restaurants nearby.

We stayed here as we had an early flight from LAX next day. The room was huge, dated but had everything we needed including microwave and fridge. Large bathroom with bath and shower. There’s obviously work going on at the hotel but this did not affect our stay atall - we did not hear anything. Breakfast in the morning was simple but effective, coffee, juice, bananas, cakes and a waffle maker.

Even though my first room was exchanged it seems as if there is terrible cockroach infestation at this property. The new owner must address this issue. Rather than addressing this issue the desk clerk would only say that he would discount my next stay? Obviously they need to have a pest inspection and resolve this matter!

Everything was great except that I realized on the day of checkout that I had booked a room with One Queen and One Double bed, but they gave me a room with Two Double beds.

Check in and out was fine but the room's window was open when we checked in and it was very hard to close the window. Also only shampoo and lotion was available, no hair conditioner. No tissue either, just toilet paper.

Everything about this place is perfect. Japanese shopping center literally 2 minute walk away, the hotel room is very clean and i’m super picky about bed sheets but this bed was perfectly clean. Staff is friendly and everything went smoothly. Very satisfied! Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you❤️

This place is truly amazing for its cost! The front is very friendly & housekeeping insured my room was clean and tidy everyday. There's no sketchy people handing around the premises, and you don't have a bunch of noise from your fellow residence. I would absolutely recommend you reserve your stay at Pacific Gardens.
